The 5-Minute Penguin?

No time this morning…dropped the egg in the pot for 18 minutes while I got my daughter dressed for school (first day back after Spring Break- yay! Er, I mean, awwwww…)

I quickly cut up little bits of carrot (orange and black) and made this little guy, who my daughter said is a penguin. OK…a penguin….sounds good!

INGREDIENTS:
Body: Hardboiled Egg
Wings: Hardboiled Egg, cut from bottom of egg (so he stands)
Beak/Cap: Carrot
Eyes: Black Carrot
